Youth & Teen Training Programs
Youth Fitness Center Orientation
This program introduces Youth Members to an overview of the Fitness Center. The orientation focuses on set up and safe use of the strength, cardio and selectorized equipment in the Fitness Center.
Upon completion, Youth Members ages 10-11 may use the Fitness Center with parent or guardian supervision. Youth Members ages 12-13 may use the Fitness Center independently.
The Youth Fitness Center Orientation includes 2/90 minute one-on-one sessions with a Personal Trainer. Cost: $10.

Youth Strength Training Level 1
Ages 14-17 or Completion of the Youth Center Fitness Orientation
This structured, supervised strength program helps participants increase their overall muscular strength while teaching basic strength fundamentals and concepts. Youth Strength Training Level 1 is centered around teaching participants how to properly use the selectorized equipment in the Fitness Center and is led by a Certified Personal Trainer.
The Youth Strength Training Level 1 is a 4-week program open to members and non-members. The sessions begin Monday, November 2nd. Sessions are Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 4:30pm-5:30pm. All sessions are led by a Certified Personal Trainer.
