Our YMCAs offer a wide variety of group exercise classes for almost every ability and interest. Each month our facilities hold various group exercise classes across YMCA branches throughout the local area.
You'll find low-impact and beginner classes, cardio fitness, dance, Pilates, cycling, Yoga and more advanced cycling, bootcamp and kick boxing classes. Each Y location offers a good variety of classes! Click on the branch below to find out what group exercises classes are offered.
YMCA free group exercise classes are for YMCA members ages 14 and older. Members under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
