| Absolute Abs– A short, but
intense class focusing on the midsection, all exercises can be adapted
for beginners. This class is great to pair with the morning cycling
class offered just before the class starts. All That Jazz– This class combines elements from Jaxx, Hip Hop, Swing, and Latin! You do not have to know dance to participate. It's Also perfect for all ages: steps are easy to follow. This class is a perfect workout for people who want to work up a sweat, burn calories and learn some new dance steps. This class is designed to strengthen the body, improve cardiovascular fitness and enhance muscle tone. Beginner Boxing– A great workout while learning boxing fundamentals: stance blanace, defense, offense and stamina. Buff-n-Tuff – High energy cardio class combining floor, step and kickboxing. Toning and killer abs finish off this great class. Cardio Interval– A cardiovascular workout using the step and weights, this is a great workout for all fitness levels! Complete Cardio – Great cardiovascular work out, with a focus on the lower body. Some upper body and abdominal work will be done at the end of the class. |

| Core Strength – This class combines yoga
and Pilates movement to strengthen your core, improve flexibility,
lengthen and tone your muscles. Wear comfy clothes and be
prepared to take your shoes off. Gentle Yoga/Toning – This class is perfect for beginners and seniors. First and thrid Thuesdays of each month will be gentle toning. Second and fourth Tuesdays of each month will be gentle yoga. |

| Interval Step–
Mixing it up with step and resistance exercises. The class will
end with strong abdominal work (expect some planks)! Interval Strength– Short segments of strength exercising coupled with toning exercises and light to moderate bursts of intense cardio segments, ending with low back and abdominal exercises. Instructors Choice– Anything is possible! New Beginnings– If you are new to aerobics or have oe been exercising for a long time, this is the class for you. In this class we will focus on getting your blood flowing and your heart pumping through aerobic exercise. The class will vary from basic step, to basic floor exercises. Class will begin with a warm-up and stretch and will be followed with guaranteed movement. At the end of your workout, you will enjoy a safe cool-down and stretch. The class will vary from week to week, but the fact that you are moving to a healthier you will still remain! |

Kids Art Classes...Over 13 choices in camps, classes or one-day workshops
are offered for kids ages 5-13.
Adult Classes are held throughout the summer months in the day and evening: Drawing, Oil Painting, Watercolor, Pottery, Jewelry, Lapidary, Quilting, Wood Carving.

Saturday March 13th the Lebanon YMCA hosted the YMCA Level 3 State
Gymnastics Competition. This was the first year that the YMCA has
held a state meet for Level 3 gymnasts and we are proud of the three
girls from the Greater Susquehanna Valley YMCA who were able to compete.
Madison Fontana (pictured left) had a stunning 9.2 vault, which earned
her 5th place. She also received a sixth place on the Balance Beam
with an 8.8 and a ninth place on the Floor exercise. Her All Around
score or 35.1 made her 6th in the YMCA State Competition. Veronica
Bingaman, (center) took the 6th place spot with her Uneven Bar routine
and she placed 11th in the All Around division with a 34.1. Angelina
Feliciano,(pictured right) had a great 9.15 Vault which earned her
8th place, she tied with several others on Balance Beam with an 8.8
and received 7th place and produced a 9.15 Floor Exercise which placed
her in 3rd. Her All around score of 35.1 made her 7th in the YMCA
State Competition.

Sunday March 14th was the YMCA Level 4 State Gymnastics Competition, which was also held at the Lebanon YMCA. Alexis Wary of the Greater Susquehanna Valley YMCA demonstrated her still with a Balance Beam routine scoring 8.95 and earning her a 4th place and a Floor Exercise score of 9.0 to place her in 6th. Her All Around Score of 34.3 put her in 15th place in the YMCA State Competition.
