• Children aged 9 and under must be accompanied by an adult (age 18 & up) unless enrolled in a class occurring at that time

This policy assures proper supervision of children by our staff.  It is intended to strengthen families, provide a quality membership environment for all, and eliminates non-structured time for youth.

• Must have sales slip
• Membership fees are NOT refundable
• We reserve the right to cancel any class that does not meet minimum enrollment.  If class is cancelled by the YMCA prior payment will be refunded in full by either check or credit statement.
• No refunds or credit issued after the first class meets.
• Medical emergencies require a doctor’s note for refund or credit.  Remaining balance of class fee will be refunded.
• Credit statements may not be redeemed for cash or check.
• Membership refunds will not be given due to closed areas of the YMCA caused by periodic maintenance
  
  

• Must be accompanied by a member.
• 3 separate visits per year.
• If joining within 30 days of 1st visit, credit is issued. Does not include special memberships.
• Adults 18+ must show photo ID to purchase a pass.
• Youth policy must be adhered to.

FEES:
Adult 18+                  $15 (3 visits)
Young Adult 14-17    $12 (3 visits)
Youth 13 & under      $10 (3 visits)

• The YMCA does not deny participation in any of our programs or services due to an individuals lack of funds.
• Financial assistance applications are available at the member desk.

The Sunbury and Milton YMCA have an ID Card swipe system. You must use your card to gain access to the building.  Membership cards must be shown when enrolling in a class. There is a $2.00 fee to replace a lost card.

DATES CLOSED: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve (4:00), Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve (5:30), New Year’s Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, or other days as directed by the Board of Directors.

Inclement Weather Policy: Radio stations WKOK, WQKX, WMLP  will broadcast closing or cancellation info.  If school is cancelled in the YMCA’s school district or has a 2 hour delay then ALL morning classes will be cancelled.  If there is a 1 hour delay all classes will run as scheduled.
