Swimming Pool
The heated pool in Sunbury is 25yards long-72 lengths equals one mile. The Milton heated pool is 20 yards long-90 lengths equal one mile. A current pool schedule with times listed for lap swim,
recreational swim, family swim and classes is available at the service desk or print out online. Both pools have certified life guards on duty at all scheduled open times.
The following water exercise classes are offered:
- Waterbabies
- Adult Swim Lessons
- Water Safety Class (Not swimming lessons)
- Private & Backyard Swim Lessons (by appointment)
- Water Walking/Jogging
- AFYAP (Arthritis Water Class)
- Shallow & Deep Water Aquacise
